Sales reach 75 percent at the Clarendon
The Clarendon is breaking records in its sales of condominiums, with the price per square foot averaging more than $1,175, according to the developers, the Related Companies and the Beal Companies.
Moreover, the 33-story complex with 102 luxurious residences is now 75 percent sold out.
The residences start on the 15th floor and capture panoramic views of the Charles River, the Boston Harbor and Downtown.
Three penthouses, with prices starting at $6.75 million, are available. Each encompasses 3,500 square feet of living space on either the 31st, 32nd or 33rd floor and enjoys 360-degree views through the floor-to-ceiling wraparound windows.
Each home has three en suite bedrooms with sumptuous baths and a fireplace in both the great room and in the master bedroom.
A limited number of one- to four-bedroom residences are still available, offered between $780,000 to more than $4 million.
“We are thrilled to have reached this point in our sales program,” said Barbara Cusack, director of sales.
The building, which also includes apartments, has an Equinox lifestyle fitness center, a clubroom as well as a children’s playroom and a business center and an outdoor landscaped terrace. An elegant lobby with a library sets the tone for the condominium residences, which start on the 15th floor.
The Clarendon, which achieved LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, is the first collaboration between Related Companies and the Beal Companies as well as a family collaboration. Bruce Beal is chairman of the Boston-based Beal Companies.
